We have had an extremely busy Autumn term and I could not be more delighted with the way the children have settled into school. For some of them it is their first term with us and others have returned after a 'bumpy' Reception year last year. We have certainly 'hit the ground running' with a trip to Nell Bank, Diversity Day, World Toilet Day, Children in Need, Forest Schools, visits to Church, Harvest festival and that's before we even think about all the Maths, English, Geography, History, Science, Art, DT and Computing we have done. The Music and Movement sessions with Mr Schofield have continued to be a big hit, the children are developing their Listening and Attention skills all the time.

We are now building up to all the Christmas fun with parties, performances and perhaps even a special visit from Santa himself to look forward to. Alongside all the fun we will be thinking of others less fortunate than ourselves with our reverse advent, learning about the Christmas story and learning about the value of giving at Christmas as well as receiving. Everyday is a learning day in Robins!

A big thank you to all parents and carers for being so supportive and involved, it makes all the difference!
