Over the last 2 sessions we made these fantastic abstract sculptures and pictures. We used recycled plastic bottle tops and threaded them onto long pieces of string choosing different sizes and colours in order to create the expanding and shrinking effect. The same concept was applied in our colourful strips which we made out of recycled receipt rolls that we folded in half and into which we then cut a long wavy line. This way we achieved the perfectly symmetrical wiggly shape resembling our towers.
