Class Four Owls and Class Five Eagles have been raising money for a community defibrillator. They set up fundraising events such as a sunflower competition, decorated Easter egg competition, a table top sale and hand made brooches. Children also designed posters and created a community newsletter which they walked around the village to hand deliver. A donation jar was placed at the local food van 'Coffee and Crumbs' which generated quite a lot of donations ad interest.
The defibrillator has now been installed and is there for our whole community. We are very proud that the children have been able to do this for the people of Kildwick and Farnhill.
