Robins and Swallows classes had a fantastic trip to Nell Bank in Ilkley last week. The trip was full of outdoor learning to enhance our Science and 'Understanding The World' learning this year. The children were in year groups and each did different activities based on a book they know well. They spent time in the woods, went pond dipping, created homes for small creatures and hunted for bugs. All the children loved having sometime in the water area where they had lots of fun and got a bit wet! The weather stayed fine and we even got to have a picnic out side!
